Here at Tenbears Martial Arts Academy in Dayton, Ohio we take our training very seriously. On Tuesdays nights our class is straight up Jiu Jitsu. There are a lot of techniques that must be learned in this class that is why we have a special class just for BJJ in Dayton, Ohio. Then move on to rolls and break falls to practice getting thrown and how to land so we are not as easily hurt if we decide to compete in Dayton, Ohio. After the getting limber and stretching we are ready to practice guard passing and some techniqual flow. Then just like every Jiu Jitsu class at Tenbears Martial Arts Academy in Dayton, Ohio we drill a technique. At this class we drilled some very effective chokes. After our technique, we like to do what we at Tenbears MMA call wiping the mat. What that consists of is some submission grappling or Brazilian jiu jitsu in Dayton, Ohio. After about five 4 minute rounds of BJJ and grappling we would then start the most intense ab workout in Dayton, Ohio.
